Job Summary

Responsible in efficient support function to general operations relative to Sales Department; to act as frontline to external customers queries and support sales

Job Description:

  • Ensuring that sales orders are created, posted on time, and properly coordinated with the relevant department.
  • Entertain product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint which will be endorsed to corresponding department for further investigation and resolution via walk-in and phone call clients.
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and act as the frontline to update product and service problems.
  • Call/updates the customer for comments/remarks on the delivery done, who received the goods or signed the documents, and whether they are all in order, etc.
  • Responsible for department transaction facilitation such as CA, liquidation, travel request, payment request, purchase request and the likes related to the different sales/department's activities and transactions
  • Monitor released check related to payment requested and the return of supporting documents to Finance.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Credit and Collection team regarding updates and status of actual sales and collection in related to the incentive computation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the logistics and/or industrial sector is required (e.g., warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments)
  • Familiarity with industry-specific processes, safety standards, and operational workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Effective Communications and Negotiation Skills (oral, written, presentation) Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software
  • Industry knowledge is a plus, preferably from Oil & Gas, Automotive, Mining, Industrial and/or Construction industries
  • Must be amenable to work in Davao City
