Their mission is to make buildings more secure, modern, and convenient through innovative access control and visitor management solutions. The team is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and scaling quickly — and they're looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support their Founder in driving the business forward.

Who You Are

This is not a traditional admin position — it's a strategic partnership role for someone who thrives on being one step ahead. The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the Founder, helping streamline priorities, manage complex schedules, conduct research, and prepare polished communications and presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of supporting executives, a pattern of continuous learning, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Draft, review, and polish documents, presentations, and communications.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively find solutions to support efficiency and focus.
  • Maintain discretion with sensitive information and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to optimize workflows and organizational systems.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning (through training, courses, or professional development).
  • Strong research and fast typing skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced skills in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to stay one step ahead and provide proactive support.
