About the role

As the Production Planning and Inventory Control Officer at Gomeco Metal Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production and inventory management processes for this leading manufacturing company. This full-time position is based in Malinta Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, and monitoring stock to optimise supply and minimise costs
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to align supply and demand
  • Analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on production, inventory, and key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise production and inventory processes
  • Proficient in using production planning and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
