Job Description

As a Client Services Officer, you'll support advisers and clients throughout the financial advice process by managing documentation, maintaining CRM records, preparing forms, researching products, and ensuring every application moves smoothly and accurately through each stage of review.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday | 6:30am-3:30pm PHT | Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience in financial planning client services, paraplanning support, or financial administration
  • Understanding of Australian superannuation, investment products, and personal insurance market (advantageous)
  • Financial services, accounting, business, or related qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Xplan or similar applications

Your Daily Tasks

  • Maintain and update client personal, financial, and goal information in CRM
  • Prepare and process client forms (contributions, rollovers, withdrawals, fee consents, adviser nominations, account updates)
  • Prepare insurance applications, pre-assessments, and quotes
  • Research investment, superannuation, and insurance products
  • Update client fact finds, Centrelink schedules, and review documentation
  • Track and follow up applications and outstanding actions to ensure timely completion
  • Perform other duties as required
