Responsibilities:

  • Provide SAP software maintenance and support to correct systems errors, user inquiries, concerns, and problems
  • Provides SAP troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of system configurations and changes
  • Improve system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions
  • Ensure that all issue resolutions and requested activities adhere to established processes, standards, and procedures
  • Work closely with Functional Consultants to implement business requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
  • Must have knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud architecture
  • Experience with SAP CBC tool, scoping and configuration flows
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, integration technologies (APIs, CPI), and extensibility options.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work Onsite
