About the role

This exciting full-time Multimedia Artist role at Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' is based in the vibrant city of Cebu City, Cebu. This role will be a key member of the Marketing team; you will play an essential role in crafting compelling visual content and bringing marketing campaigns to life across various platforms. Your creative contributions will directly support the promotion and branding of the company's diverse portfolio of property development projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for property developments.
  • Create marketing assets including brochures, flyers, posters, board-ups, presentations, social media posts, and lifestyle/sales video content.
  • Support major rebranding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to align marketing with lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Provide graphic design support for social media, website enhancements, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist with event planning, photography, and staging to promote developments and enhance visual storytelling.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies.

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the property/real estate industry.
  • Strong creative design skills with experience developing brand-aligned marketing collateral, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills to juggle multiple projects, and support during events.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Prior experience with a Creative Advertising Agency, and Drone photography skills is a plus.
  • Must provide a portfolio demonstrating marketing digital content creation experience.
