What You'll Do

Responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and micro‑services that power partner applications.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into high‑quality code.
• Own the entire software lifecycle: from prototyping and architecture to testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
• Drive code‑quality improvements—add unit/integration tests, refactor legacy code, and ensure the repository is always in a healthy state.
• Mentor junior engineers, review pull requests, and champion best practices (CI/CD, Git workflow, design patterns).
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and propose system‑wide improvements that enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Keep your skills sharp: self‑study emerging technologies, attend workshops, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Who We're Looking For

Requirement

Education: B.S. (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 4+ years of professional .NET development; solid experience with MVC/Web API.

Technical Skills

• .NET 6+ (prefer .NET 8)
• C# & TypeScript
• React / / Angular
• SQL Server, NoSQL (Cosmos DB / MongoDB)
• EF Core / Dapper
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Soft Skills

• Excellent English written & verbal communication
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Self‑motivated learner
• Team player, comfortable acting as a liaison between tech & business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with SOA, SSO, OAuth 2.0
• AI Competency / Exposure
  (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch or similar search engines
