Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent course
  • Preferably with experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry
  • Knowledge in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Manufacturing Machines including Panasonic and Yamaha models
  • Chang model basic troubleshooting and knows how to check machine problems

Job Role:

  • Responsible for loading proper model program for SPA, SPI Mounter and Reflow oven
  • Adjustment on affected misalign mounting and component recognition
  • Nozzle type verification for specific machine program
  • Conveyor width and alignment verification against actual board schedule to run
  • Machine adjustment including program editing during change model as necessary
  • Monitor reflow stabilization
  • Weekly and monthly machine and nozzle maintenance and updating of check sheets
  • Repair and calibration of Yamaha and Panasonic feeders
  • Creation of profile board and analyze profile data based on Manufacturing Instruction from customer
