Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for project phases from Industrialization to SOP + 6 months.
  2. Manage technical setup, qualification, and calibration of new and existing SMT lines, including equipment relocation.
  3. Define and optimize machine concept and layout.
  4. Monitor and improve KPIs during setup and ramp-up phases.

  5. Lead communication with the Project Team (G80 and G90 projects), including:

  6. Creation of SMT programs and test plans for new part numbers and indexes.

  7. Archiving and deletion of SMT programs.
  8. Stencil, squeegee, and tooling management for new products.
  9. Lead cross-functional quality issue analysis and implement corrective actions.
  10. Support continuous improvement activities to increase OEE and reduce scrap.
  11. Support and participate in audits for series lines and products.
  12. Provide immediate support to production for process and equipment downtimes.
  13. Participate in product technical reviews (FMEA, Control Plan, Technical Concept, etc.).
  14. Drive and support new technology introduction related to SMT processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT process engineering or industrialization.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, programming, and process optimization.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills
