JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to detect and proactively address issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in lighting, panels, wiring, and control components
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules in line with standards to uphold system reliability and safety
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant electrical codes and safety standards
  • Maintain detailed logs of inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades
  • Oversee work quality and ensure alignment with building standards and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with property management, facilities, HVAC, and fire safety teams to ensure integrated building performance
  • Communicate effectively with tenants regarding electrical system status and maintenance scheduling
  • Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues, ensuring continuity of operations and occupant safety

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or in a related field
  • 5 years of experience working in engineering
  • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
  • Willing to be deployed to any Astoria Properties
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
