NegotiableOn-site - Pasay | 1-3 Years Experience | Bachelor's Degree | Full-timeShareJob DescriptionOverviewJob ResponsibilitiesPre-ConstructionPrepare project budgets for electrical and FDAS works and coordinate with the Project Engineer. Conduct project bidding and recommend final awarding of contract packages.

Ensure all requirements are met prior to construction. Coordinate with mall personnel and project clients for endorsement and possession of the project area. Review engineering drawings from EDD Design and conduct site inspections before project implementation.

ConstructionMonitor daily project progress, including materials and manpower inventory. Prepare purchase requisitions with accurate quantities and ensure timely delivery of owner-supplied materials. Update all construction-related documents such as Owner Instruction slips, Change

Order forms, Design Change Notices, and Task Trackers. Ensure construction quality complies with approved plans and specifications. Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping on-site.

Manage punch lists and coordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure completion within deadlines. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Develop action plans for site issues, considering cost-effectiveness.

Attend stakeholder meetings and prepare project reports for management updates. Evaluate and recommend contractor/supplier billing requests for payment processing. Conduct walkthroughs with all project stakeholders, including clients and design teams.

Post-ConstructionHandle project account settlements and closeouts, including billing reviews. Evaluate contractor performance through structured assessments. Participate in reviewing the project's close-out report for client acceptance.

Job SpecificationsMinimum of 1-year relevant experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. PRC license is a plus but not mandatory.
