Virtual Assistant – Experienced with Australian Companies & Energex Applications

Company: Static Services (Queensland, Australia)

Position: Full-time Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We're looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing Queensland-based team. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked with Australian service companies and has direct experience completing Energex applications in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and submit Energex applications accurately and on time
  • Support with job documentation, scheduling, and compliance paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with our team via email, chat, and phone
  • Update and maintain internal systems with accurate job details
  • General admin support for the operations and service team
Strict Requirements
  • Proven experience working for an Australian company
  • Direct experience completing Energex (QLD) applications
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Own computer with stable internet connection
  • Able to use/install TimeDoctor during work hours
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Work Details
  • Full-time remote position (Monday–Friday, Australian business hours) 7:30am - 4:00pm AEST
  • Paid fortnightly in Phillipines Peso.
  • Long-term, stable role with an established Queensland company
