About Us

Symmetry Lab Parfum Manufacturing is a growing company dedicated to crafting high-quality fragrances. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and competitive positioning.
  • Product Management - Oversee product lifecycle strategies, including launches, updates, and positioning, to maximize market impact and customer adoption.
  • Branding & Communications - Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging, visual standards, and communication strategies across all platforms.
  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce - Drive online growth through SEO, paid advertising, website optimization, and e-commerce initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Social Media Management & Strategy - Lead social media campaigns, community engagement, and platform-specific strategies to build brand presence and foster customer relationships.
  • Content Marketing & Email Automation - Create and manage compelling content across channels, leveraging email automation to deliver personalized, targeted campaigns that boost engagement.
  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand reach, credibility, and customer trust.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or retail industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and consumer engagement.

Experience with social media advertising, Google Ads, and SEO is a plus.

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
