This role is pivotal in:

  1. Increasing credibility and awareness of Pier Two amongst it's desired customers globally
  2. Ensure that partners and customers receive information that is going to grow Pier Two's business
  3. Creating an automation pipeline for staying in touch with customers and providing them the right materials through our marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Leading LinkedIn, X, and WarpCast content generation and driving engagement
  • Creating leading images from templates and headlines or quotes to grab attention
  • Be ready to engage in conversation on X and share articles and content to boost engagement

Website

  • Website analytics - Google
  • Content creation for website
  • SEO optimisation - tagging of content, using CMS, and creating canonical links for Medium

Sales documentation

  • Creating and maintaining sales documentation
  • Setting up HubSpot tracking of documents so the team can engage utility

Research

  • Articles or shorter insights on industry developments

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) at a very high level in English
  • Keen interest in the blockchain and crypto space
  • SEO skills
  • Insatiable appetite for new technology
  • Using ChatGPT and other AI technology to develop content and automate the business

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Design skills - the ability to generate original images/diagrams/etc using Figma,
  • Canva and PhotoShop
  • HubSpot/CRM skills
  • Position Description - Marketing 3
  • Be familiar with the differences between brand marketing (e.g. David Ogilvy) and direct marketing (e.g. Seth Godin), and how to navigate the utility across both
  • Know cutting-edge tools like to navigate SEO
  • Have opinions on people to follow on X and timing for content performance
  • Be familiar with software: Notion, Telegram, Discord, Figma
