JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The .Net developer designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; and maintains documentation of process flow.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET

  • Design, code, and test new Windows and web software applications

  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.

  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

  • Create technical specifications and test plans.

  • Undertake duties such as consulting with clients about their business requirements, building applications to client specifications, customizing current applications in line with changing business needs, reporting specifics of an application, evaluating the performance of an application, testing and implementing all software solutions.

  • Provide technical support and system enhancement for Recruitment and HR Operations, ensuring alignment with evolving needs.

  • Collaborate with both the stakeholders and project team to ensure timely delivery of HR-related technology projects and initiatives.

  • Acts as the Senior HR Developer, contributing to the strategic development and optimization of HR processes and systems.

  • Work with PCG stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly digital solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all HR – related applications and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or other related fields

  • Good understanding of web technologies

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from HR data for decision-making and reporting purposes.

  • Outstanding communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills.

  • Must possess a high degree of integrity and trust along with the ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent documentation skills.

  • Experience in assisting with change management initiatives within an HR context, such as policy updates or organizational restructuring.

  • Participation in HR professional associations or networking groups to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
