The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving the sales team by offering advice, preparation and coaching, achieving sales quotas and targets, formulating sales strategies, analyzing data, and working up their teams.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 3- 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Candidate must be goal-oriented and can work under minimum supervision.
- Candidate must have experience in dealing with or managing corporate accounts and proven track record in leading a team and achieving performance targets.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Network & Security.
