Since then, Portiva has grown from a 3-person operation to one of the largest and most successful Medical and Dental Staff Providing Companies in the United States.We are looking for an experienced Spanish Bilingual MVA to provide administrative support to US-based doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals in their clinical practice.

This is a work-from-home opportunity.

This is a full-time position, 30-40 hrs a weekThe rate is $8 - $9 an hour or Php 74,000 to Php 83,000+ per month

What you be doing:

  • Translating medical-related transactions (procedures, instructions, inquiries, concerns, etc.) from English to Spanish, patient to doctors and vice versa.
  • Taking in calls from Spanish patients for appointment setting and general inquiries.
  • Work is full-time, work from home set-up, following the US office hours (EST).

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Service delivery mindset—excellent service and attention to customers through phone conversations.
  • Familiar with medical terminology related to various specialties
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.
  • A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
