We are looking for a reliable and highly professional Bilingual Virtual Dental Assistant (English–Spanish) to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home role where you will support a dental practice by providing excellent virtual assistance, ensuring patient satisfaction, and upholding strict HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients virtually and gather required information.
  • Provide reassurance and address patient questions or concerns.
  • Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments.
  • Build strong working relationships with dentists, patients, and clinic staff.
  • Organize records, send reports, and maintain patient documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the client.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or with relevant customer service background.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional approach.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software tools.
  • Stable and fast internet connection (backup connection preferred).
  • Clean white background, quiet workspace, and minimal distractions.
  • Dual-monitor setup required.
  • Preferably with medical or dental experience (not mandatory).
  • Personal computer must meet the following minimum specs:
  • Intel i5 10th gen or equivalent Ryzen processor
  • At least 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)
  • Working 1080p camera (e.g., A4Tech PK-910H)
  • Noise-canceling headset (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS for power backup to avoid downtime.

Training Program:

New hires will undergo a 1-month training program, which includes:

  • Dental terminology and concepts
  • Communication skills
  • Software and system training for the clinic

Trainees will receive Php 10,000 for the first month, plus night differential and internet allowance.

Shift Schedule:

  • 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time
  • 9-hour shift, inclusive of a 1-hour break

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
