Position: Property Valuation (Real Estate Appraiser )– 100% WFH

Location: Must be living in Metro Manila

Role available: January 2026 (new year new role)

Job description: We are an onshore Australian client specialising in property valuation services. We're committed to providing high-quality solutions to our clients while fostering professional growth and development among our team members. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our offshore support team . In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuation support services to our Australian clients while also mentoring and coaching our local staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations following industry standards and client requirements.

  • Assist offshore with property valuation inquiries and produce written appraisal reports.

  • Collaborate with the onshore team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Mentor local staff members to enhance their valuation skills and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or Finance.
  • Must hold either a broker or appraiser licence to qualify for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property valuation or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuation methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • English proficiency is required.

MUST HAVE:

  1. Your own computer /home office set up (Windows PC only Strictly No MacBook's) , ready to go, 2 monitors, and have access to a backup power supply (generator) when in disruption.
  2. Updated NBI clearance, or willing to obtain before commencement
