The role

Duo Group is seeking an experienced and driven IT Support to work alongside our teams. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you must be residing in Metro Manila, PH (WFH).

Remote: Yes

Full-time: Yes

On Offer: freelance agreement (independent contractor)

Deliverable hours: Monday to Friday 5:30 am to 2:30pm, Manila Time (8:30 am to 5:30 pm Sydney Time)

Essentials

WFH - Your own computer /home office set up (Windows 11 PC only, Strictly No MacBook's), ready to go, and have access to a backup power supply (generator) when in a disruption, 2 monitors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Master both hardware and software configurations for optimal performance.
  • Debugging and ensuring systems run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with senior IT Managers for continuous learning.
  • Stay up to date with the latest in tech, from quantum computing to AI.

Requirements:

  • Must be residing in metro Manila Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology
  • Proficiency in setting up and optimising technology.
  • A genuine passion for the world of I.T
  • Quick Problem-solving skills and managing time effectively.
  • Own IT-compatible set-up/with access to a generator backup
  • Willing to provide NBI clearance
