Senior and Specialist ServiceNow Developer

Non-negotiables:

1. Has worked full-time as a ServiceNow engineer/developer for at least 2 years (really full-time, not partially)

2. Has understanding and practical experience in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, and flow designer.

3. Worked with developing ITIL processes in ServiceNow. (Involved in designing, building, or configuring ITIL-based workflows or modules within the ServiceNow platform.)

4. Built custom workflows for incidents, changes, or requests

5. Configured forms, SLAs, approval flows, and task assignments
6. Automated ticket handling using business rules, flows, or scripts

Job Responsibilities:

As our new ServiceNow Developer, you will primarily be working in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team, but will be expected to be able to take on the stakeholder management role out in the business if needed. Overall responsible for the company's standard development in our ServiceNow platform. You will also help define and maintain the individual customer service request catalogues, ensuring that they are compliant with the company's standards.

We have a high attention on transparency from "what is sold and what is delivered", so a high degree of cooperation between internal parties, such as sales and service lines, can be expected. For that reason, in particular, good communication and coordination skills are key.

Typical tasks within ServiceNow Developer:

• Development according to governance core ITSM ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Request fulfilment and service catalogue)
• Cooperation with service owners about the development of new services and the maintenance of existing services
• Documentation of processes and procedures in ServiceNow
• Participation in projects, especially onboarding of new customers
• Communication about the service request catalogue to internal and external stakeholders
