Job Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Valor Global Inc., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Must be willing to work onsite (8hrs)
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and assessments of potential candidates.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
  • Assisting in the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Engaging in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • minimum of 250 hours and above internship duration
  • Have a strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude.
