What is your mission?

We are looking for a Signage Designer to produce accurate CAD drawings, 3D models, and CNC-ready documentation for signage and fabrication projects. You'll collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure every design is functional, manufacturable, and aligned with project standards. If you're detail-oriented, technically skilled, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this role is for you

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and component files using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare CNC-ready manufacturing documents for fabrication and assembly.
  • Ensure all designs are accurate, compliant, and production-ready.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and estimation teams to validate and optimize drawings.
  • Troubleshoot fabrication or installation challenges with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Continuously evaluate manufacturing methods for process improvement and innovation.
  • Manage assigned projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
  • Support documentation and standardization of best practices across the design team.
Who are we looking for?
  • Post-secondary education in Design, Drafting, or Engineering Technology.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical design or drafting, ideally in signage, manufacturing, or fabrication.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for detailed design and fabrication documentation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing materials, shop practices, and CNC fabrication.
  • Ability to interpret design proposals, site data, and client specifications.
  • Experience preparing CNC-ready drawings and understanding engineering standards and installation methods.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CorelDRAW experience is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills; bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
