Fleet Supervisor

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities related to the operation, maintenance, and utilization of the company's fleet. This role ensures that vehicles are safe, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements while optimizing operational efficiency and cost.

• Supervise and coordinate daily fleet operations including vehicle dispatch, scheduling, routing, and allocation.
• Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation on vehicle registration, insurance, inspections, and permits.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate drivers and other fleet personnel.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and audits to ensure roadworthiness.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance, expenses, and operational issues for management review.
• Respond to emergencies, accidents, or breakdowns and coordinate appropriate action.
• Recommend improvements to reduce costs, improve service, and extend the lifespan of fleet assets.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Preferably Male
• At least 1 year of experience in fleet operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transportation laws, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and fleet management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
