About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst II to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance. This full-time, hybrid position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila will play a crucial role in our Accounting and Analysis & Reporting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Perform variance analysis and identify trends and insights to enhance financial performance
  • Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a finance analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
