Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts, drawings, and detailed plans for projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Prepare architectural models, presentations, and specifications.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction and ensure design quality.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a valid professional license.
  • Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
