I. POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Quality Assurance of all Architectural finishes.
  • Supervision of all Architectural works in accordance to sequence of activities /methodologists based on issued for construction drawings and technical specifications.

II. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of sub-contractors.
  • Material estimates of quantities of Architectural materials.
  • Prepares shop drawings of all Architectural requirements.
  • Evaluates accomplishment of Subcontractor for billing purposes.
  • Coordinates site concerns to colleagues, consultants, clients to ensure correctness of work.
  • Prepares reports and attends meeting.
  • Submit RFI and RFA of Architectural Items.

III. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture
  • With experience in construction industry/field.
  • PRC License Holder with updated PTR.
  • Great in Analytical thinking and decision making.
  • Team Player.
  • Can work under pressure.
