The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting the arcade's services, events, and promotions through on-site marketing activities, community engagement, and partnerships. This role involves visiting schools, offices, events, and nearby establishments to drive foot traffic, secure group bookings, and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site marketing and promotional activities to attract customers to the arcade
  • Visit schools, offices, and community organizations to offer group packages, promotions, or event tie-ups
  • Coordinate with event organizers for participation in local fairs, mall events, or community programs
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and seasonal promos
  • Collect feedback from potential customers and suggest marketing improvements
  • Assist in organizing and managing arcade events, tournaments, and special activities
  • Build relationships with local businesses and groups for cross-promotions
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the area

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or any-related field
  • Experience in field marketing, promotions, or events is preferred (entertainment industry is a plus); but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident in engaging with people of all ages
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork in different locations/branches

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
