Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards, aiming to minimize revisions. Perform self-review of NAV closing before supervisor review. Respond promptly to client queries, seeking guidance when necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.

AccountabilityPrepare historical fund data, G/L entries, and perform account reconciliations. Reconcile cash and securities accounts, resolving discrepancies. Price portfolios according to policies, prepare accounting entries, and perform month-end closes.

Assist with year-end support and audit preparations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Drive and ResilienceCommunicate proactively about downtime and volunteer for new projects. Maintain accurate time logs and work extra hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Technical ExpertiseDevelop understanding of Fund Accounting and Investment Management industries. Gain knowledge of securities and accounting standards relevant to investment management. Obtain or maintain relevant licenses or credentials and develop ongoing industry knowledge.

Problem SolvingAlert supervisors to unexpected issues and collaborate on solutions. Requirements

  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including accounting and exposure to the alternative investment industry.
