At Bossjob, we believe short-form video is one of the most powerful ways to connect with our audience. As part of the Marketing Team, you will take the lead in creating engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels content that showcases our brand and attracts new users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels.
  • Act as the on-screen talent when needed, bringing creativity and personality to content.
  • Research and apply TikTok trends, ideas, and inspirations to support campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align content with brand goals.

What we expect from you:

  • 1–2 years of experience creating short-form videos.
  • Skilled in video editing using CapCut or similar editing software.
  • Able to professionally shoot short videos using a phone or camera.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video culture.
