About the role

Strategem Ventures Management Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Policy to join our team in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for policy development and improvement
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies and procedures to align with business objectives and legal requirements
  3. Communicating and training employees on new and updated policies to ensure understanding and compliance
  4. Monitoring policy implementation and effectiveness, and recommending modifications as needed
  5. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  6. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on policy-related matters
  7. Assisting with the development of internal control mechanisms and risk management strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in policy development, compliance, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address policy gaps
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise policies
  5. Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools to manage policy documents and processes
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
