Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in training, learning & development, or HR-related roles
  • Skilled in training design, facilitation, and program coordination
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills for scheduling, tracking, and budgeting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Description:

  • Participate in the development, review, and monitoring of the annual training matrix
  • Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of employee learning and development activities
  • Design and deliver in-house briefings, workshops and other required course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises
  • Collect and analyze training data to identify areas of effectiveness, return on investment, value for money and any areas for improvement for reporting purposes
  • Provide advice to managers, employees on learning and development and a resource to managers in sourcing appropriate training
  • Monitor expenditure and report against training budget including provision of explanations for any variances.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee inductions, including review and development to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the program

Area of Assignment: Rockwell Business Center, Sheridan, Mandaluyong City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexi schedule

Current work set-up: Hybrid - 4 days on site - 1 day work from home per week
