We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as HR Learning Analyst, Hybrid, based in Manila, Philippines. The HR Learning Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs by providing operational support and managing training-related processes. This position is responsible for processing training requests, monitoring learner completions, maintaining accurate training records, and generating reports. The analyst will act as a liaison between Learning Implementation Services, managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective learning operations.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Manage and process training requests, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Monitor and follow up on training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Generate and distribute training reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring data integrity.
  • Analyze training completion rates and escalate issues as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and other stakeholders regarding training requests and status updates.
  • Respond to inquiries related to training requirements and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to training policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing necessary training records and reports.

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
