RECRUITER (US MARKET)

SHIFT: NIGHT / GRAVEYARD PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPNDENT CONTRACTOR

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter who can efficiently manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing capabilities, excellent candidate management skills, and a proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Customer Service, and Construction.
  • Utilize ATS platforms to manage the entire recruitment workflow, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Post job ads and conduct effective resume mining on job boards to attract qualified candidates.
  • Perform advanced headhunting and sourcing beyond job boards using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other strategic methods.
  • Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Meet or exceed key recruitment metrics, including:
  • Requisition load management
  • Submittals per week
  • Interviews per week
  • Time-to-fill targets
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
  • Prepare recruitment reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting across various functions, especially Accounting & Finance, HR, Admin, Customer Service, and Construction.
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with experience handling end-to-end recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize job boards effectively (posting, resume searches, talent pipeline development).
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to find niche or hard-to-source talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and operational efficiency.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

  • Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
  • Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
  • Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time
