Scope of the Role

As a Recruiter at RemoteSprout, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for our clients. You will develop job descriptions, post job listings on platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and proactively reach out to potential candidates. Your role also involves screening applicants, conducting interviews, and leveraging referrals and networking to find the best talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Source and place 5-10 candidates per monthInteract with both clients and candidatesScreen and interview candidatesProvide excellent customer service with a fast response time for our clientsSchedule interviews between candidates and clientsRequirements:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsTyping speed of 50 words per minute or betterProficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, and RecruitCRMExperience using job boards such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and Indeed
