  • Priority functions are Organizational Development trainer, development and implementation of Competency-based training, and development roadmaps of Departments.

  • Implementation of Lean Six Sigma Strategy and Quality Improvement teams to Operations

  • Experienced in Competency based training development and implementation.

  • Experienced in training & implementation of Lean Six Sigma strategy.

  • He/she will sustain the PTM Competency based/skills building training plan started by our current OPEX consultant who will be leaving on June 5.

  • Competency based training roadmap development & implementation.

  • Technical and Skill building training implementation (especially for PTM)

  • Trains and implements Lean Six Sigma strategy2.1. Reports to the OD Manager

2.2. Develop competency and training plan per department (All Plants & Support

Teams)

2.2.Recommends continuous improvement interventions based on training evaluation and results

2.3.Facilitates the Cadetship program implementation

2.2.Facilitates the Operations Training and Certification process

2.2.1. Facilitates the development of e-learning by the Subject matter experts

2.2.1. Facilitate organization design, analysis and recommendation of intervention

2.2.2. Facilitate implementation and monitor Operations Succession planning and Talent management

2.2.1. Assist in the strategic planning of the organization to ensure initiatives and performance of divisions, departments and employees are aligned to the vision, mission, values and company goals.

2.2.1. Assist during KPI monthly review.

2.2.2. Conduct audit if needed to monitor effectiveness of training or intervention and address gaps for improvement.

2.2.3. Facilitate alignment meetings of departments based on targets or key performance indicator

2.2.4. Coordinate with the Cadets, unit heads, department heads, managers, all concerned for action items.

2.2.5. Perform special tasks given by his/her superior.

2.2.6. Ensure safety and security of valuable items inside the OD office or room.

2.2.7. Perform daily work place organization and housekeeping

2.2.8. Maintain consistently the cleanliness and orderliness of the OD office or room.

2.2.1. Ensure proper order and right place of the training materials, records, supplies and logistics.

2.2.2. Facilitate the request or purchase of needed logistics, supplies or training materials. Ensure availability of needed items on time.
