We are looking for Engineering Director

Job Description:

• Manage all business units / activities including business staff under Technology Development Engineering for Process Engineering and/or Development Engineering and/or Test Engineering.
• Deploy corporate policies goals and expectations and ensure that these are monitored, controlled and delivered as required.
• Provide new opportunities by bridging in new technologies and new products.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of engineering course.
• Minimum of 5years related work experience in Front of Line, End of Line and Test Process, Senior Manager or Director level
• Knowledge of assembly operations, project management, with collaborative influence.
• Knowledge with engineering tools like statistical tool such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Machine Process Capability Study (MPCPS), good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interfacing and coordinating skills.
• Effective technical writing and communication skills.
• Can handle complaints, can deal with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Highly analytical, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Service oriented and customer-focused.
