Legal Document and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Document and Administrative Assistant to support our legal and compliance teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has a strong grasp of legal documentation, and excels in administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate document execution, notarization, and filing with relevant authorities.
- Support legal team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist in tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely document flow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and office coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
