Revenue Operations Specialist

About Vehlo Vehlo is a leading provider of software and financial solutions for the automotive repair industry. We have a high-growth, high-performance environment – growing organically over 27% in 2021. Our customers are franchise new and used car dealerships, auto repair and collision locations, where we provide software that assists with diagnostics, vehicle reconditioning, customer communication, shop management, payment services, communications tools, appointment scheduling as well as accounting and finance packages.
About The Position: Revenue Operations Specialist In this role, you will support tactical projects for our sales and marketing operations teams. You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM system data, providing sales support, and ensuring accurate and timely case management and contract QA. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong attention to detail and an understanding of delivering with velocity. This role will work closely with the Billing Manager and in collaboration with the sales and billing teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review signed contracts for accuracy & quality assurance before sending to Finance
- Track contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Update / add new contacts in SFDC; assist with data hygiene in RingLead
- Add leads emailed from partners/partner portals into SFDC
- Add/remove affiliations/program changes in SF (these come via email)
- Data preparation of partner lists and accurately transferring lists into import templates Provide Tier 1 Sales Support with case management in SFDC
- Generate SF or Excel reports as requested
- Document day-to-day processes, as requested
- Other projects as assigned by Billing Manager
- At least 2 years experience in SaaS is preferred; Has an understanding of multiperiod Contract
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaborations
- Experience in sales / marketing operations or similar role (e.g. Sales Ops, Contracting, Business Ops).
- Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools
- Proficient in CRM systems – specifically Salesforce (strongly preferred with experience in customer database management, lead, opportunity and list management)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced experience in Excel required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
