We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager who is ready to hit the road and make waves in the market

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to sales agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Must possess at least 72 units in college or College/Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: With a solid experience (minimum of 3 years) as a sales manager or top performer in a real estate industry
  • Closer: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Personality: Must have confidence, positive attitude, enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
  • People Skills: Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Willing to sell and market Mandaluyong and Cavite projects.
