Job Title: Telemarketing Executive / StaffBasic Function

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and engaging customers through outbound and inbound calls. This role drives business growth by building relationships, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or campaigns.
  • Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate product/service information.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM or tracking system with call outcomes, lead status, and customer information.
  • Follow pre-defined scripts and guidelines while personalizing communication to build rapport.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and competitor activities to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and telemarketing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
