By systematically evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes, Internal Audit helps organizations accomplish their objectives and sustain value creation. In our organization, the Internal Audit function is evolving to integrate advanced data analytics, automation, and Generative AI technologies. This transformation is driven by the need to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in our audit processes. By leveraging these technologies, we aim to:

  • Enhance Efficiency: Automate routine tasks, allowing auditors to focus on more complex aspects of audits and increasing overall productivity.
  • Improve Accuracy: Minimize human error in data processing and analysis, enhancing the accuracy of audit results.
  • Accelerate Decision-Making: Provide real-time insights, enabling auditors to make informed decisions quickly, which is crucial for effective risk management.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

  • Collaborate with audit teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to assist in coding, data analysis, and visualization tasks.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies, trends, and areas of risk.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Assist in automating repetitive tasks to improve audit efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI and data analysis methodologies.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI tools and their applications in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in audit or compliance setting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Bard, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance standards.
