We are hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to oversee forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning. The role will ensure disciplined budgeting, profitability analysis, and treasury management while providing key financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Must Have's

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience
  • Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Experience in construction or telecommunications sectors
  • Banking relationship management experience
  • Exposure to M&A and capital investment initiatives

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead forecasting and financial planning processes
  • Deliver financial models and scenario analyses to leadership
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance reports
  • Support profitability improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Manage treasury and credit facilities for cash optimization
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
