About the role

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' are seeking talented individuals for a variety of business process outsourcing (BPO) opportunities in Cebu City, Cebu. What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
