HR GENERALIST

People first, always. We're hiring an HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management—ensuring a thriving, people-centered workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Support employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Address employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace relationships
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company standards
  • Collaborate with department heads to support manpower planning and employee development
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation of all HR activities
  • Support other HR-related duties and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 months of HR experience handling multiple functions (recruitment, employee relations, admin, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity
  • Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
