Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide First-level support for BizBox ERP Applications(e.g., inventory, billing, finance, HR modules).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Bizbox system access, user permissions and data entry.
  • Coordinate with BizBox support escaltion of unresolved system issues.
  • Assist with IT hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, tickets, and system updates.
  • Train end-users on BizBox features, best practices, and system usage.
  • Generate reports using BizBox or integrated tools(e.g., SQL, Excel).
  • Perform periodic system maintenance and backups required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
