QA TESTERS FOR DIFFERENT LEVELS ARE IN NEED

  • 3 years(L1) 5 years (L2) 8 years (L3) of experience in manual software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in STLC and SDLC
  • Experience in UAT, Functional, SIT and Regression Testing
  • Proficient in writing detailed test cases and test plans, and in executing them effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in working with Agile development practices and tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement

Basic function

Develops comprehensive test cases, prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix, test execution, defect tracking and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities


• Well understanding of STLC process and Testing Methodologies.


• Review requirements, specifications, user documentation and other project documentation for the tests to be developed.


• Create test scenarios and test cases and brainstorm with Team and BA.


• Execute all the test cases (Functional, SIT and Regression), also participate in the UAT.


• Documents scripts with comments to provide insight to test logic.


• Should have good experience in Providing estimates and status updates on automation scripts.


• Work with the Development team to capture and Unit Test results.


• Excellent problem solving skills.


• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams.


• Willingness to innovate and implement the new ideas.


• Should have a good Presentation skills.


• Should be able to work independently.
