Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hire A-Players, effectively set expectations, identify behaviors, and coach employees to be consistently outstanding performers.
  • Responsible for leading a team of 12 to 15 agents.( Will have QA and ATL assistance)
  • Outspoken and demonstrates company core values and culture.
  • Identify and reinforce positive sales behaviors through Training and Coaching.
  • Responsible for delivery of Performance Results and Quality
  • Provide supervision to direct reports to ensure proper scheduling coverage and Performance Goals

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year experience managing Outbound campaigns OR 1 yr experience managing inbound Sales campaigns (Selling to the US, Australia, or Canada) or atleast 4 years of Outbound Agent experience.
  • Lead Generation Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Sales/Insurance/Appointment Setting Experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great Communication and Comprehension Skills
  • Performance-driven
  • Tough Character and can work with less supervision
  • Can work on site
  • Can start Asap
