TL MABUHAY DRIVING SCHOOL IS HIRING ONE (1) ACCOUNTING HEAD TO BE ASSIGNED TO TL MABUHAY HEAD OFFICE IN TAGUM CITY.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Accounting Head oversees the company's financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure timely reporting.

Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and compliance with standards and regulations.

Lead internal and external audits and address findings.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.

Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and improve performance.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and implement updates when necessary.

Oversee cash flow, investment, and financing recommendations.

Lead and mentor the accounting team; delegate tasks effectively.

Implement and maintain financial systems and accounting software.

Identify financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and safeguard assets.

Coordinate with financial institutions for favorable terms.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred). CPA is an advantage but not required.

Experience: Several years of progressive financial and accounting experience.

Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws; excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and presentation skills; proficient in accounting software and financial systems.

Must be willing to relocate to Tagum City and/or travel daily if residing withing Tagum CIty.
