TL Mabuhay Driving School is hiring an ACCOUNTING HEAD to be assigned to TLMDLAI Head Office.

Location: 3rd Floor YUYU Building, along Tagum National Highway, across Gaisano Mall Tagum.

JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Head leads all financial and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reports, compliance, strong controls, and financial insights to support strategic decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Maintain accounting policies and ensure compliance.
  • Lead internal/external audits.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Ensure tax compliance and updates.
  • Oversee cash flow, investments, and financing needs.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
  • Maintain financial systems and accounting software.
  • Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions.
  • Perform related tasks as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred; CPA a plus).
  • Solid experience in financial and accounting management.
  • Strong accounting, tax, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial systems.
  • Willing to relocate to Tagum City if residing outside Tagum.
